Nutrition
As a trained chef and ancestral nutritionist, one of my primary focuses is shifting your diet to one which aligns with your genetics and ancestry.
However, in our fast moving world, many of us don't live in our country of origin.. so what happens in this case? I also specialise in guiding expats towards a diet that works for them in their new home, blending tradition with modernity.
Lifestyle & Mindset
As well as nutrition, I also focus on lifestyle adjustments and mindset shifts. Even the most pristine diet in the world is rendered ineffective if stress is chronically high, environmental toxins are overwhelming the body, light environment is poor, and sleeping habits are all over the place! When we begin to think of the body as a whole, and as part of nature, we can begin to truly heal.

Herbs & Supplements
I can suggest targeted herbal remedies and carefully chosen supplements to help boost the effects of your new diet & lifestyle. In line with my philosophy that the more natural, the better, I will always recommend plant & animal based supplements: never anything synthetic that is made in a lab.

All I ask for is that you are ready and dedicated! Wellness coaching is a two way street - we have to work together to get you the results that you want.

I'm a little embarrassed about some of my health problems..
You never have to feel embarrassed or ashamed with me - I've been there.
I know exactly how vulnerable it can feel to finally face your struggles head on, but I'll never judge you, and I'm already proud of you for making this first step!
Nothing fazes me (I've pretty much seen it all by now), and your privacy and dignity is my top concern.
What should I prepare for my appointment?
Our call will be informal and hopefully fun! So don't stress too much - just have your medical history, health goals, and seven day food diary to hand.
We'll chat for around 45 minutes, then I'll come up with your tailored plan that will be emailed to you within a week!
Do you work with vegetarians & vegans?
Short answer - yes, I work with vegetarians. And no, I do not work with vegans.

My work is based on an ancestral approach, which means tailoring your wellness plan according to your genetics.

All human societies around the world have always based their diets on available animal foods, whether that be meat, fish, shellfish, organs, eggs, and/or dairy. This is how you and I are here today!
Animal foods contain vital, non-negotiable nutrients that no plant possesses, so for this reason, I cannot in good faith work with vegans.
​
However, I would be ecstatic to work with vegetarians who eat dairy and/or eggs, or those who are currently vegan but looking to start incorporating these vital animal foods! Many of my clients are former vegetarians or vegans who have found health through adding these ancestral foods back into their diet.
​
I also work with Hindu vegetarians and am well versed in crafting a plan that works with religious requirements.

When can I expect results?
That all depends on you! The more closely you stick to the plan, the more you'll get out of it.

Unlike modern medicine, my method doesn't offer a quick fix. Quick fixes lead to shoddy results, and very often undesired side effects. True, sustained, effective change only comes through dedication, perseverance, patience, and time.

Some people experiences changes within 48hrs, some in a week, some in 6 months, and everything in between!

You are an individual, so your results will be individual too!
Do you work with clients seeking weight loss?
No, I do not. My priority is to get you feeling great (which actually ends up making you look great anyway!)

Weight loss in and of itself is not a marker of good health: it can be a symptom of illness and stress, too.
​
When the body is brought back into balance through lifestyle and nutrition, our weight will naturally balance itself out. Many of my clients do lose weight - but some stay the same, and some gain! It all depends on what your body is trying to signal.
​
Weight loss as a primary focus will only make you miserable, tired, grumpy, stressed... all of which make your body less inclined to lose fat!
What conditions do you specialise in?
I offer a holistic approach encompassing diet, lifestyle, herbs/supplements, and light environment that aims to bring the entire body back into balance. You don't need to be sick to work with me, or have a specific condition.
